How does stress affect the female menstrual cycle?
Stress means any change in your usual health or routine. You can experience stress when bad as well as happy things may happen in your life. Speculative changes can cause as much stress as real changes. Women are responsive to stress caused due to hormonal changes. During menstrual cycle, the hormone level of a woman consistently fluctuates and may cause stress. An assortment of physical health problems can stop menstruation.
